Phase 1 Belle Aire Shores in Innisfil Sells out During the Preview Opening Weekend
On May 28th, Fernbrook Homes, Pristine Homes and Zancor Homes opened the doors to their highly anticipated Master-Planned Belle Aire Shores community in Innisfil. At the end of the first day of opening to eager registrants, more than 200 homes were purchased and Phase 1 was sold out. The success was beyond even the builders’ expectations and is a testament to Innisfil’s bright future.
“There is a lot of potential in Innisfil for future development,” says Michael Cortellucci, President of Pristine Homes. “We knew it when we first acquired the site. Families in the GTA see it too. Belle Aire Shores is the best opportunity to invest in this rapidly growing town.”
Phase 1 of Belle Aire Shores features townhomes, 36’, 42’, and 50’ detached singles, some of which were bungalows. There were a number of rightsizers showing interest in finding a home more suited to their empty nest plus a large amount of move-up buyers looking to sell their downtown condo and move into a larger family home. All discovered they had a wide selection of options at Belle Aire Shores.
“We’re building townhomes and singles that are much more affordable than homes in the GTA, and you still receive high quality craftsmanship and a convenient location near Lake Simcoe.” explains Fabrizio Cortellucci, President of Zancor Homes.
Located at 20th Sideroad and 6th Line, Belle Aire Shores is minutes from Lake Simcoe and a full range of amenities, including grocery stores, banks, shops, recreation centres, and schools.
“We’re building a very cohesive community here in Belle Aire Shores and that’s just one of the many things that separates our very calculated community from the rest” says Joseph Salvatore, President of Fernbrook Homes. “The three builders, my highly talented partners – we all worked together to make Belle Aire Shores a Master-Planned Community. Whenever you think of Innisfil all you have to do is think of Woodbridge 28 years ago.”
Phase 2 of Belle Aire Shores in this up-and-coming area, is coming this fall. To begin receiving e-communications regarding the upcoming phase, please register here.
